Journey into truth
I half-jokingly refer to myself as the reformed poster girl for Dr Libby’s book “Rushing Woman’s Syndrome.”
If you’re like me, you acknowledge this title with a self-deprecating grin of recognition. There’s also the underlying sting of what this really means.
You’ve become a woman so busy fulfilling her ideals of the perfect life – career, home, family – you’ve lost sight of who you actually are.
Your health is suffering and you face the prospect of waking up one day soon thinking “what the f*#%?”. Is this it? Is this all there is?
Soul connection heals chronic illness
Transforming from marketing manager to massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, to Reiki master and Soul Connection Mentor over the last decade, I’ve worked with hundreds of women in my local community. I noticed a common theme running through each individual’s story.
Women are super busy, stressed to the max, depressed, anxious, completely disillusioned, and running on empty.
The cause of these symptoms is never acknowledged and never addressed. So, the symptoms pile up as you keep on going, festering and growing beneath the surface. You can only ignore them for so long before they erupt as a fully-fledged disease.
And the source of your disease, the original cause, is the same as mine. You are lost, cut off from your truth, your innate nature and your soul light.
As my training, experience and exploration into the healing arts deepened, I connected more and more dots between what was happening for me in my personal process with fibromyalgia, and what I was witnessing in my healing room.
All of us are suffering from the same chronic illness, it just manifest differently and in different timing for each of us. The real disease is disconnection – disconnection from your truth, your innate nature and the divine.
The answer to your disease is simple – it’s reconnection! Reconnection to your own soul light, soul wisdom, and soul love.
My personal solution was to take a radical leap of faith into the Truth of who I am. I began to realise that I was responsible for creating the hell-on-Earth I was living and that only I could change that experience.
It’s a sobering realisation!
It’s also the most liberating, joy-creating and powerful gift you can ever give yourself.
Radical self-responsibility sets you free.
Realising who and what you are is the start. Then the healing really starts to flow when you move beyond realisation to active reconnection with your truth – and the light of your own soul.
As your soul connection mentor, I will support, guide, witness, honour and celebrate every scary, painful, confronting, joyful, wondrous, and luminous step you take.

I’m particularly intrigued by the body and the magic within the body, and what we can access when in loving relationship with the body.
It’s this questioning curiosity that forms the basis of my work. You’ll find, when you work with me, that I ask questions, my favourite being “How come?”
How come?
Sometimes they’re asked out loud to you and I help you find the answer from your heart space rather than what your clever, analytical mind would have you believe. Sometimes I ask questions silently to the energy field around us, making space for the answer to become apparent.
In the decade that I’ve worked in alternative healing, I’ve worked with hundreds of women, hands-on using touch therapy. In this capacity, I’ve helped women (and men) to feel safe and comfortable in their bodies when they are dealing with challenges such as:

I am adept at listening, often hearing what is not spoken. I meet you where you are with non-judgement and compassion. I work with the intelligence of your body, the wisdom of your heart and the guidance of your spirit to walk with you as you find your ascension pathway.
